Commission avoidance behavior is not permitted and members that engage in commission avoidance behavior will be removed from the website.

Commission avoidance behavior is defined as follows:
When a site member cancels a listing early with the express purpose to sell the same item to a buyer who learned of the item's existence via the website.

Any website which relies on final value commissions for its revenues, cannot tolerate members that are engaged in any form of commission avoidance behavior. AirlineHobby.com is no different than any other commission dependant website, and those users that are actively engaged in behavior which defrauds the website operator of entitled revenues, will be removed from the website with no second chances.

As such, please be advised that this website has a zero tolerance level for commission avoidance behavior. Any site member that engages in commission avoidance behavior will have their account permanently suspended on first offence.

What about slides and other items that remain un-sold after an auction or SuperStore listing expires? The seller is more than welcome to sell such items to whomever he wishes, and this is of no concern to the website.
