All site members have agreed to abide by the User Agreement
which we will strictly enforce.
All site members are expected to conduct their transactions is an honest, timely, and professional manner. Should
you experience behavior on the part of any site member that fails to abide by our strict code of
conduct, we encourage you to please contact us so that we may deal with the situation immediately.
SLIDE LISTING CRITERIA
This website is an online auction venue for original color slides of aircraft. All users are held to the
understanding that all slides meet the following criteria (unless explicitly stated in the auction description):
a) listed slide is a kodachrome original
b) listed slide is devoid of all damage (processing marks, scratches etc)
c) If a slide does not meet the above criteria, the auction listing must contain detailed information explaining the deviations so bidders are fully apprised of the details.
DUPLICATE SLIDE POLICY/ PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS POLICY
Sellers are required to include the word "DUPLICATE" "COPY" or "DUPE" in the main title field when listing duplicate slides for auction.
Sellers are required to include the word "PHOTOGRAPH" "PHOTO" or "PRINT" in the main title field when listing photographs for sale within the SuperStore. Also, all photo listings must be listed in the "Photos and Prints" category within the SuperStore.
COMMUNICATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
Sellers and buyers must communicate with each other within seven days of auction close. Failure to communicate within
seven days of auction close (by either party) constitutes a violation of website policy.
All auctions must be paid for by buyers within 14 days of auction close. Failure to pay within
14 days of auction close constitutes a violation of website policy.
OFFENCES THAT WILL RESULT IN ACCOUNT CANCELLATION
The following offences are strictly prohibited and may result in
permanent membership cancellation:
- Bidding on your own auctions to inflate the price for other bidders.
- Providing bidders with inaccurate item descriptions, or serious omissions of crucial information.
For example, not telling bidders that a slide has serious flaws, such as scratches, processing
marks or other damage. In cases of honest oversights, sellers must refund winner's payments.
- Sending goods to a winning bidder that are different to what was described in the auction.
For example, sending a duplicate slide to the winning bidder when the auction was conducted on the basis
of the slide being an original is fraud. This behavior will not be tolerated.
- Using more than one account to cause confusion among other members.
- Not following through with prompt payment or dispatch of an auction item. Buyers
must promptly pay the seller, and sellers must promptly dispatch paid for items to the buyer.
- Selling items which you are not in possession of as legal owner.
We will intervene to the best of our ability to rectify improper conduct experienced by any
site member.
In severe cases of deception or fraud, we will contact local authorities and file a police report against
offending individuals.
INTERNET FRAUD IS A SERIOUS OFFENCE WHICH WILL BE DEALT WITH SEVERELY.
