The very first thing you need to do is to
complete your account registration which will only take you a few minutes. All members with activate accounts can then post auctions by following the steps below.
1) On the home page under Auction Categories, click on the desired link of where you want your item to be listed:

Post Cards/Other Stuff
Safety Cards
2) Scroll down to the precise category for your auction, a list of which is provided below. All other
categories that have a seller's unique name are exclusively reserved for that seller's auctions only.
Please do not list auctions in private sellers exclusive categories as they will be removed upon request
of the category owner.

3) Click on the "Sell here" link adjacent to the desired category to bring up the Sell Page where
all the particulars of the item you are selling are listed. Remember, be very specific in indicating the
payment terms you will accept. It is on this page that image scans of the auction item are uploaded.
Auction durations can be from 1 day up to 21 days.
You must select at least one of the "Accepted Payment Methods" and one of the "Shipping Info" options on the Sell Page.
Other information required on the form is self-explanitory. Click the "Add Item" button to review your listing, and
please check your information very carefully. Then click the "Add Item" button again to have your auction "go live" on the system.
The site currency is $USD. Thus, if you transact in a currency
other than the $US dollar, you will need to convert your auction currency into
the $USD equivalent, and bidders will bid in $US dollars.
4) Our system will also send you an email confirmation for each auction successfully posted. This email will
contain the auction's unique 9-digit number and a brief description of the auction item. You might also like to
write down the 9-digit auction number from the confirmation page, as this will be helpful should you
want to edit your listing once the auction has started, or to keep track of your auction as it progresses.
5) When the auction closes, the system will email notify you of who the successful bidder is and provide
their email and mailing address, as well as the buyer's telephone number. Please contact the successful bidder by email as soon as possible to make arrangements
to conclude your transaction. You are contractually obligated to provide the buyer with the auction item
as per the terms set out in the auction. Conversely, the buyer is under contract to pay you for the auction
item as set out in the auction. At the end of the auction, buyers and sellers are of course free to
complete the transaction in any currency, however selling commissions will be
charged in $USD based on the $USD closing price of the auction.
6) The system will email you an invoice for the auction. Your account balance will be presented to you
with each invoice sent, and account payment is due and payable when your account balance reaches $10.00 US.
Automated credit card or PayPal account payments can be made by logging into
My Account. Payment can also be sent by mail in the
form of cash, check or money order. Please include your system nickname
when sending payments by mail so we can easily reconcile the payment to your account. We accept checks and money orders
from foreign countries drawn in $USD. Payments are to be mailed to the address provided with the invoice.
7) To monitor the status of your auctions, click the View your selling history" link within My Account, which is accessed from all pages of the website.
Log into My Account to do the following:
- View and edit your personal info.
- View your selling history.
- View your buying history.
- See your user feedback.
- Use the Future Watch feature.
- Relist your expired auctions.
- Edit your current Auctions.
